We stayed at Hour Cottage in Stow for a few nights and absolutely loved it. The location was perfect, with little noise and the peaceful sound of birds chirping. The town centre was just a short walk away, offering great shops, a nearby Tesco, a fantastic fish and chip shop, and a wide variety of independent restaurants. The cottage itself was beautifully equipped, spotlessly clean, and had comfortable beds. The owners were accommodating and the living/dining area had plenty of space. We also appreciated the additional space provided by the garden room. Parking directly outside the property was a convenient bonus.
Highly recommend this hotel.

It is conveniently close to shops, pubs, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the nearby area. The cottage itself is cozy and comfortable, with a gas stove and wood burning stove to keep you warm in colder weather. It is also very clean and fully equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay.
The kitchen area might feel a bit tight if four people were to stay, but it is still manageable for smaller groups.

Enjoyed the complimentary WiFi, and the private parking saved me the effort of finding a spot. Loved the cozy fireplace, even though the kitchen and dishwasher were a bit cramped.
Oh, how I longed for an airport right next door, so I could enjoy the joyous sounds of planes taking off and landing throughout my stay.

The bathroom with a bath or shower at Hour Cottage was absolutely fantastic. I mean, talk about luxury! It was so nice to be able to choose between a relaxing soak in the bath or a quick refreshing shower. Definitely added a touch of convenience and indulgence to my stay.
Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the bathroom with just a shower. But hey, that's just me.

The location of Hour Cottage was perfect, just off the main road into town but in a quiet cul-de-sac. It was conveniently located just two minutes away from shops, pubs, and other amenities. The cottage was very cosy, especially with the gas stove and wood burning stove which were great for keeping warm during the colder autumn and winter evenings. The property was fully equipped and very clean, providing everything we could possibly need. It was an ideal base for exploring the beautiful Cotswolds. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
Felt great, no complaints.
